Check Your Driver's License Status

Montana driving records are handled by the Motor Vehicle Division under the Department of Justice. It chronicles all of your behind-the-wheel actions including convictions, accidents, and license sanctions.

Everything that appears on your record, with the exception of driving points, becomes permanent regardless of whether you move out of state or maintain an impressively clean driving record for an extended period of time.
